4 DAY TOUR FROM CASABLANCA TO FES, DESERT AND MARRAKECH

DAY One: CASABLANCA – MEKNES –VOLUBILIS – FES

The departure of this tour will be from Casablanca towards Fez where you will visit important and historical places in the city, such as: the medina which is recognized by the UNESCO as a World Heritage, as well as Kasbahs, jewish quarter, and so on. There in Fez, you will spend your first night in a hotel.

DAY Two: FES-SAHARA DESERT IN MERZOUGA

From Fez, you will head towards Merzouga through Ifrane, Erfoud, and Sijilmassa. The first city you will drive through is Ifrane which is the cleanest city in Morocco and is well-known by its beautiful panoramic views. From there, you will continue until you reach Ceder Gourou forest which contains the oldest trees in the country. There, you will have a pause to take some pictures and enjoy the charming views. Later on, you will go through Oued ZIZ towards Erfoud, then Sijilmassa which is one of the oldest villages in Morocco. And finally, you will reach Merzouga, from where you will ride camels over the dunes. There you will see the amazing sunset then head to an Amazigh camp in the heart of the desert to spend your night there.

DAY Three: MERZOUGA- TOUDGHA GORGES- OUARZAZATE

In early morning and after watching the sunrise, you will head towards Toudgha’s canyons. In  Toudgha’s canyons, you will have time to explore the place and take some pictures as a souvenir. Later on, you will drive to Ouarzazate which is the “Hollywood of Morocco”. And once you are there, you will have a visit to Amredil Kasbah, and the films studios.

DAY Four : OUARZAZATE- AITBENHADDOU-ATLAS MOUNTAINS-MARRAKECH

From Ouarzazate, you will start your tour, this time, towards Marrakech.  During this journey, you will visit Ait Ben Hadou Kasbah which is one of the most important historical places in the area. This Kasbah is recognized by the UNESCO as a World Heritage. It is also the place where numerous movies have been filmed such as: LAWRENCE OF ARABIA, MUMMY, CLEOPATRA, GLADIATOR and so on. Later on you will continue through Tizi N Tichka pass road. Tizi N Tichka is considered as the long and highest mountain pass in nourth Africa. Ou will notice on your way several Amazigh villages along the way as well as various natural views. Once you reach Marracech, you will be taken to your hotel or the airport.
