8 Days Atlantic coastline trek

Explore Morocco’s beauty on 8 days Atlantic Coast tour, and experience the nation’s most striking scenes, design, Beach and customary cultures. Stroll through centuries old destroys and find Morocco’s shoreline forcing crisp sea air. Venture into regal royal residences, and sneak past old tombs and striking gardens. Travel to Imsouane, Tafedna, Sidi Ahmed, Sidi H’Mad Ou M’Barek, Sidi Kaowki and Essaouira. End your trip in Marrakech.

Itinerary :

Day One: Arrival in Marrakesh 

You will be met at the airport and transferred to Riad / Hotel  in the center of city.  Once you have settled in, you have the time to experience the famous Djemaa el Fna square where you can see entertainers performing, a myriad of food stalls all lit up with the smells to accompany them and the general melee of activity. Dinner & Overnight stay in the accommodations Riad / Hotel.

Day Two: Marrakesh – Imsouane

We leave Marrakesh early transfer to the Atlantic Coast to Tilila, South of Essaouira where we have a break for lunch. In the afternoon continue to the small village of Imsouane, overnight in tents. 4h drive, . Approx. 1 hour walking..

Day Three: Imsouane – Tafedna

After breakfast, we walk along the coast, then up to Timzaguida n-ouftass village. We will enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Argan forest. We continue to Iknioune village where we can take a break for lunch. Our camp for the night will be close to the beach. There will be an opportunity to swim. Overnight in tents. . Approx. 5 hours walking..

Day Four: Tafedna – Sidi Ahmed

After breakfast, we walk along the beach before ascending to the highest point of the trek (500m) then we descend close to the beach where we will have a lunch near a natural spring. Later we continue following the coastline to reach our camp near to the Moulay Ahmed Essayeh shrine. There will be an opportunity to swim. overnight in tents. Approx. 6 hours walking.

Day Five: Sidi Ahmed – Sidi H’Mad Ou M’Barek

Following our breakfast, we continue following the coastline along the golden beach towards our camp in Sidi H’Mad Ou M’Barek village close to waterfalls. There will be an opportunity to swim and optional camel riding, overnight in tents. Approx. 5 hours walking.

Day Six: Sidi HMad Ou M’Barek – Sidi Kaowki

After having breakfast, we walk along the beach towards the wind surfer’s paradise of Sidi Kaowki where we have lunch in tents. Later you can ride camels and swimming is possible. Overnight in the berber house.  Approx. 4 hours walking.

Day Seven: Sidi Kaowki – Essaouira – Marrakesh

After breakfast we transfer in the morning to Essaouira to visit the old Portuguese medina called Mogador, the windy city, we have lunch and transfer back to your hotel in Marrakesh – Free time to explore the souks, medina, overnight stay in hotel or riad. 4 hours Drive.

Day Eight: Transfer back the Airport of Marrakesh 

After breakfast then you have time for shopping or something else in the center of city … then back to your hotel preparing your luggage etc … to the airport of Marrakesh in which we arrive  two hours before your scheduled flights.
